INITIAL CONSULTATION
In this initial meeting, we’ll discuss important project details like the build location, home design concept, project timeline, tentative budget, and your lot/land.
SITE WALKDOWN AND HOME DESIGN
We will meet you at your property to discuss the layout of the home on your property and start putting the vision together. Next, you will work with one of our Partner Design firms to finalize the design of your home. We will use your tentative budget and other high-level design selections as parameters for the detailed design of your home.
DETAILED ESTIMATE
Once the design of your home is complete, we will finalize the detailed estimate for your project.
FINAL DESIGN SELECTIONS
Upon finalization of the home design and approval of the estimate, all remaining design selections such as paint colors and tile options must be determined.
CONSTRUCTION
Once the design is complete and the contract is signed, we will begin construction. This is where all of the detailed planning becomes a reality and where your dream comes to life!
